At Emphasis, our wines contain no added sugar. All of the natural sugars from our grapes are fully converted into alcohol during the winemaking process, leaving no residual sugar per serving.

Instead of relying on sugar, our wines highlight balance, structure, and the true, natural flavor of the grapes.

Sulfites are a natural byproduct of fermentation and are present in all wines. We add only what’s necessary to maintain freshness and stability, never more than 95 parts per million (ppm) at bottling. Wines can legally have up to 350ppm in the United States.

We farm our grapes with long-term care for the land, the employees, and the communities around it. We focus on water and energy efficiency, responsible pest management, soil health, and reducing waste, all while protecting air, water and wildlife habitats.

Wine is naturally gluten free, and we keep it that way. Our production process avoids gluten-containing additives or fining agents, ensuring a clean pour for those with sensitivities or dietary preferences.

No animal derived fining agents are used in our wines. Instead, we use plant-based and mineral alternatives to clarify and refine each batch, making every bottle vegan friendly without compromising taste or texture.

Crafted with care, our wines are made to let high-quality grapes and thoughtful winemaking speak for themselves. We do not use added concentrates, colors, or dyes.
